The Advisor profile
A slight update to the character library Advisor he is just a sub character to the series. He is The Chief's right hand, he will show up in the part 2 of Chapter II together with The Chief and their unknown visitors! Advisor was first seen on the Prologue of WL Chapter I, page 8.
